Product Exchanges
If you received a defective ITSNUGGLES product, we're happy to exchange it for a new, functioning one within 30 days of purchase. Here's how to initiate an exchange:
To expedite your exchange, please email orders@itsnuggles.com with your order number, a clear picture or video showcasing the defect, and a brief description of the problem.
We'll gladly replace products with verified manufacturing defects or damages. Exchanges are not offered for malfunctions caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
